As regards the existence and size of structures, it must be pointed out that even in structures which are eminently drillable there is no guarantee of finding oil, merely a recommendation to drill. Even if at the end of the procedure the conclusions of the General Partner are verified, there is no certainty that oil will be found in commercial quantities.

In the opinion of the General Partner, the details and estimates brought below in this site cannot serve as a basis for deciding whether to invest in the units, in view of the uncertainty and the complicated nature of the subject and the high degree of specialisation required to understand it.
