Ownership Structure

Givot Olam Oil Exploration Limited Partnership (1993) is structured as a limited partnership whose general partner is Givot Olam Oil Limited (the “General Partner”) and whose limited partner is Givot Olam Oil Exploration Limited Partnership (1993) (the “Limited Partner”).

Trade in Givot Olam Oil Exploration Limited Partnership units on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) began in October 1993, following the issuance of the partnership’s units to the public.

Since then, the Partnership has raised over US$84 million through registration and sale of additional units to fund the Partnership’s oil exploration and production operations.

Approximately 95.5% of the Partnership interest is owned by the public, with the remainder being held by the General Partner.
